Returns/Exchanges: Custom Print Orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Only in the event of a defect in the garment or a misprint can a custom print order be returned for replacement only.
Return/Exchange Pre-authorization: All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by contacting Black Swamp Custom Printing at returns@blackswampcustomprinting.com with the reason for the request of return/exchange. Any returns/exchanges received without proper authorization and documentation will not be accepted and no refund or exchange will be issued. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
Time To Request RETURN/EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION: All request for any return/exchange must be made with 7 days from receiving the shipment.
Acceptable Reasons for Return/Exchange:
Custom Printed Garments & Merchandise: Defect or misprint only! You CANNOT return custom printed garments if you ordered the wrong size.
Merchandise from the Swamp Shoppe: The garment can be returned if the garment is unworn.
Damaged During Shipment: Black Swamp Custom Printing does not accept returns/exchanges due to damage by carrier handling. A claim must be filed with the carrier to resolve this issue.
Return/Exchange Product Condition: All products returned to Black Swamp Custom Printing must be returned in the original packaging in good undamaged condition. Inspection of any and all products returned to Black Swam Custom Printing will occur before any refund or exchange will be issued.
Return/Exchange Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges.
Order Cancellations: Custom Orders CANNOT be canceled once they have been printed and no refund will be issued. If cancellation is received prior to completion of the printing of a custom order a partial refund will be issued.This partial refund will be in the amount of the remaining order not yet printed. If cancellation occurs prior to order going to print there will be a 3% cancellation fee on all orders placed with a credit card to cover processing fees paid to the credit card company.
Notice of Return/Exchange Refusal: Black Swamp Custom Printing retains the right to refuse any return or exchange based on suspect reason or customer history.
