TERMS OF SERVICE

All art, photography, information, and the like submitted to Black Swamp Custom Printing for custom printing must be of your own design and/or you must hold the copyrights. Printing someone else’s intellectual property is a crime and by checking out your order you confirm that you agree to the terms of service and that what you have submitted for custom printing is solely yours. By doing so you absolve Black Swamp Custom Printing of any liability for printing the provided material.

Black Swamp Custom Printing does not discriminate based on content, however, imagery of an illegal nature will not be printed and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Prior to printing your order, Black Swamp Custom Printing may require documentation of originality and copyright by you.

Black Swamp Custom Printing reserves the right to refuse any custom printing for any reason. Written notification will be emailed to you providing you with an option of appeal. If Black Swamp Custom Printing rejects the appeal a refund, less 3% for credit cards, will be issued.

Black Swamp Custom Printing does not sell or host images of a pornographic nature, however, select areas of the Black Swamp Custom Printing website are for mature buyers only. These areas are clearly marked and by entering you witness that you are of legal age to view such material. Some laws may require that you be at least 21 years of age to view/receive the item. Knowledge of local, state, federal and international laws and/or statutes is the responsibility of the buyer. By purchasing any item sold by Black Swamp Custom Printing, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated, or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Black Swamp Custom Printing for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations.
