What kind of process do you use in printing t-shirts, polo shirts, or any kind of garment?
We are using new technologies in the printing of our garments. It is called Direct to Garment and what it does is it actually dies the fibers of the garment we are printing on.
What kind of t-shirts do you use?
Our inks are formulated for printing on 100% cotton, therefore, we only print on garments that are 100% cotton with few exceptions that are 90/10.
We offer many brands of shirts, including but not limited to, Anvil, Bella,Gildan, Hanes, and Jerzees. The styles of shirts availavle for men, women, and youths are, including but not limited to, t-shirts, sport shirts, athletic shirts, fitted tees, sleeveless and long sleeve tees.
What style of shirts do you offer for custom printing?

Can you print on black or darker colors?
Yes we can. When printing on dark garments an additional step is added to ensure color quality and that is the addition of a white layer on which the color layer is printed.
Is there a different in price for custom printing on white shirts verses dark colored shirts?
Yes, if a white layer is applied the price will be higher than if it was printed on a white shirt.
What colors of shirts do you offer?
The color choice is dependent on the brand and style of shirt you want. Not all colors are available in all brands and shirt styles. Color choices associated with each style are shown on the shirts custom orders page.
Is there a different in price for custom printing on white shirts verses dark colored shirts?
Yes, in most cases a white layer is applied to a dark colored shirt before the color layer is printed, because of this, the cost is higher.
What sizes are available?
Men's Tee: SM - 3X: A limited selection of brands and styles are available in sizes up to 6X. Please note that extended sizes are not available in all colors
Women's Fitted Tee: SM - 2X
Youth: XS - XL
What is the minimum order for a custom shirts?
We require a minimum order of 1 custom t-shirt.
Can I get a shirt that is printed on both sides?
Yes you can. Some restrictions may apply due to the style of the garment you have chosen but all of our garments can be printed on both sides. Please note that there is an additional cost for 2 sided printing.
What kind of images can I have printed on a shirt?
You can have any image that belongs to you printed on a shirt. You cannot, however, have an image printed that is protected by a copyright if you do not own it. Questionable images will require proof of copyright ownership prior to printing any custom shirt.

- Your child's/grandchild's favorite cartoon character
- Your child's/grandchild's class photograph
- Any portrait studio's photograph
- Any professionally shot photograph (wedding photographer)
- Your child's/grandchild's hospital birth photo (the one taken by the hospital)
- Official military dress uniform photograph that are stamped with the Governor's Seal
- Any image from a publication (books, magazines, flyers, etc...)
- Drivers License Photo
- Any Image you took off of the web
- Any image that is copyrighted.
IMAGES YOU CAN PRINT
- Any photograph you have taken yourself
- An image not belonging to you but you have expressed written permission to have reproduced.
WE WILL VERIFY PERMISION WITH THE OWNER OF THE IMAGE/COPYRIGHT
- Artwork that you created
- Artwork you had commissioned* or own the rights to.
* Make sure that the commission includes the copyrights.

What is the cost of custom printing?
All custom printing cost are listed on the custom printing application page associated with the garment or item.
What is considered to be a custom printed garment?
Anytime you tell us what you want printed it is considered a custom printed garment.
How long does it take you to print custom shirts?
Estimated Production Times:
Weekdays: Custom orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Weekends: Custom orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Friday through 9:00 a.m.
Monday morning will be processed Monday.
Holidays: In most cases orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the next day that mail services resume.
Production times are calculated from the order process date. Production times DO NOT include shipping times. Please note we are in Ohio and quantity orders ship by UPS which only delivers Monday through Friday.
Production times are estimates and most often ship sooner than the maximum production time. Contact us for more exact production times based on your orders specific details.
Quantities: 1 – 9
Single Sided White T-shirts: 1 – 2 days production Single Sided Color T-shirts: 2 – 4 days production
Quantities 10- 24
Single Sided White T-shirts: 3 – 5 days production Single Sided Color T-shirt 4 – 7 day’s production
Quantities 25 - 49
Single Sided White T-shirts: 4 – 7 days production Single Sided Color T-shirts: 6 – 10 days production
Quantities 50+
Single Sided White or Color T-shirts: Production time varies based on details of the order.
For production times on Double Sided T-shirts consider each side a shirt.
Ex. 15 double sided shirts would be considered 30 shirts when determining production times
For customers that order multiple designs at the same time the total quantity applies for determining production time.
Rush Orders: Additional $1.00 per shirt
An order is considered a Rush Order for any order that requires expedited production and shipping that falls outside of established production time frames based on shirt availability, number of sides, and quantity.
How long does it take once the shirts are shipped?
We currently ship by UPS. The shipping and delivery schedual for UPS is Monday - Friday. If you want your t-shirt(s) delivered on Saturday special arrangements will need to be made with us in advance. From Ohio most shipments arrive in less than a week. Actual shipping time varries depending on where we are shipping the order to.
Can I return custom printed garments?
Yes and no. If there is a manufacturers defect in the garment and/or the printed image is flawed then yes you can return it for a replacement. For any other reason including wrong size the custom printed garment cannot be returned. If ordering a large quantity we recomend that you order a sample shirt first or request that we ship one shirt before printing the entire order. However, this will add to the time that it will take to complete your order. |
